Delivery Process

Processing - Charged - Shipped
Processing -Once you have made a payment with your credit card, your order is placed in Pending Status. Someone from kanyewestshoes.us will review your order and verify that your credit card information is valid and that the shipping address you provided matches the address that the credit card statements are sent to. Once your order has been verified by someone at kanyewestshoes.us your order will be elevated to the next status and prepare the package for the shipment. This process takes 3-5 business days.
Charged - We have processed and sent it to the warehouse for shipping. The warehouse then replies to us with the tracking information and once we receive that we will update the status of your order to "Shipped", this will only take 12-24 hours.
Shipped - At this point your order has been shipped and you have been provided with a tracking number. If you are located in the United States you can track your package at www.USPS.com. If you are located elsewhere, then it is your country's national carrier. In rare occasion shipping can take up to 10 days to arrive. However in most cases it will take 3-5 business days.
Other Possible Statuses:
Canceled - If your order status is "canceled" this is because we were unable to verify that your shipping address matches your billing address. Or you've made a request for cancellation prior the shipment.
Refunded- If your order is out of stock or we are unable to fill it for any reason, we will update the status of your order to Out of Stock and issue a full refund.
